A Recent 5-Star Google Review - 2023-10-25
Incredible customer service! I went to a sewing tradeshow knowing I wanted to purchase a sewing machine, I had a price in mind and features I wanted but did not know much about the machines on the market. The first booth I went to totally ignored me, they probably saw my deer in the headlights look and knew I was not a big spender. The second was Rocky Mountain Sewing, still had deer in the headlights look but was greeted immediately by someone who spent a significant amount of time educating me on the machines. I went to the Aurora store that afternoon and was again greeted by a wonderful sales person, Nikki. She was very helpful and I purchased my first sewing machine. I had questions about the machine after I brought it home and was invited to attend a “get to know your machine class? led by Rebecca (who is very knowledgeable). I attended the free class and learned soooo much. I was just in the store and was greeted by Nikki, who actually remembered my name!!!! Her and Rebecca helped me immediately. I am so grateful for the help they provide. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for not only a sewing machine, but an all-encompassing shop that provides personal and excellent service...
