We generally ship most items from our Englewood, Colorado warehouse within 1-4 business days. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor and may require an additional 2-5 business days for processing. If an item is not in stock at our warehouse, we will order it from our vendor, which could cause delays of up to two weeks or more. Custom-made items will ship once completed, and their individual product listings will include estimated shipping time frames. 

Carriers:
We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping. For orders that qualify for free shipping. Please note, we do not accommodate carrier requests for free shipping orders. Please ensure you provide an accurate delivery address, as shipments will only be made to valid street addresses. Delivery quotes exclude weekends and holidays, and air shipping schedules begin the day after dispatch. For example, a 2nd Day Air shipment sent on Monday should arrive by Wednesday.

Tracking Information:
We provide tracking information for many orders. If available, we will share your tracking number as soon as we receive it. If tracking information is not provided by the vendor, we cannot offer an exact delivery date.

International Orders:
Currently, we only ship to the USA. 

Free Shipping:
We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states on orders over $100. Orders under $100 or outside the contiguous states (including Alaska and Hawaii) will incur actual shipping charges. Business days exclude weekends and holidays, and international shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

In-Store Pickup:
If you are in Colorado, you may choose “Free In-Store Pickup” as your shipping option. Once your order is ready, the store you select will contact you with pickup details. Orders are typically available for pickup within 2-5 days.

Ship-To Addresses:
Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you wish to ship to a P.O. Box, please choose USPS shipping. Otherwise, ensure your address is a valid street address for UPS deliveries. This applies even for orders qualifying for free ground shipping.

Freight Shipping:
Heavy-item deliveries, such as cabinets and large machinery, will be shipped via truck line rather than UPS or FedEx. The following conditions apply:

1. Delivery requires someone to be present to receive and sign for the product. The freight company will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery date.
2. Delivery will occur at the end of your driveway or a flat, accessible area outside your home. The delivery driver is not responsible for moving items inside your home.
3. Inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing for it. If damage is noticed, refuse the delivery. Once signed for, the item is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Retain all packaging materials until you confirm your order is in satisfactory condition.
5. For any delivery concerns, contact us within 24 hours after delivery.

Furniture Delivery:

• Koala Studios:
  All Koala cabinets ship fully assembled. The standard delivery fee is $199 for outside front door delivery, where the team will unload your items at a flat, level surface outside your home. Moving the furniture inside is the buyer’s responsibility.
  Room of Choice Delivery is available for $399 for the first model and $199 for each additional model delivered together. This includes bringing your items into the room of choice and limited assembly.

• Arrow and Kangaroo:
  Assembled Kangaroo cabinets can be shipped with White Glove Delivery for $399, which includes moving your cabinet into the room of your choice, unpacking, and removing the packaging.
  Ready-to-Assemble Kangaroo cabinets ship for no additional charge. White Glove Delivery is available only within the contiguous United States.

• Horn of America:
  Fully assembled Horn cabinets ship via Outside Front Door Delivery for $299. The delivery team will unload your items to a safe outdoor location.
  Horn cabinets sold within a 20 mile radius of any of our 4 locations qualify for our  Room of Choice delivery for $499, which includes delivery inside your home, unpacking, and removal of packaging. Please see store for details or email us at rockymountain.onlinesales@gmail.com
