Returns Policy

At Rockymountainsewing.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day, hassle-free money-back guarantee with every online purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange a return and receive a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us via phone at 1-888-897-6362 Ext 5 or email us at rob@rockymountainsewing.com. We will promptly assist you with the return process and provide detailed instructions.

Return Guidelines:

  • Unopened Merchandise: Items in their original, unopened packaging with unbroken factory seals may be exchanged or refunded.
  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an issue with your order or a defective product, Rocky Mountain Sewing & Vacuum will cover the shipping costs. For other returns, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: If a machine is returned without its original factory box or missing accessories, a restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

Sewing Accessories Returns: For items like bobbins, presser feet, or other accessories that require you to provide your machine brand and model: If the item is incorrectly listed as compatible with your machine, Rocky Mountain Sewing & Vacuum will cover all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All Software
  • Custom cut extension tables and sewing cabinet inserts

Defective Merchandise:
If you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or exchange. Rocky Mountain Sewing & Vacuum will cover all shipping and return costs for defective products.

Damaged Product:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us right away. For freight deliveries, inspect the contents before signing the bill of lading. If the package appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery. If the contents are damaged after signing, it is your responsibility to file a claim.
