Description
In this class we will use the book, Alice’s wonderland Sampler quilt, to learn anything from a basic block to applique and paper piecing.
a perfect class for the not quite beginner but still learning quilter.
Each month we will introduce a new quilt block and each month we will learn a new technique. At any time you feel you have made enough blocks, Rosemary will begin to show you how to sew them together and decide how you want to quilt your masterpiece. She will also show you techniques for binding.
Bring scraps to sew together each month or Rosemary will also have her scrap stash to share.
What to bring:
Sewing machine in good working order with power cord and foot control. Needles, thread, pins and pin cushion, cutting mat and rotary cutter.
This is a very scrappy quilt so bring your scraps and Rosemary will have some to share as well. You will need a backing, and a batting when you get ready to finish your quilt.
